Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, there are NO returns, exchanges, or Refunds due to sanitary purposes. Please be mindful of what you order. All of our products are hand inspected thoroughly to ensure quality.
All Sales are Final.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Stolen/Lost Items
You MUST ensure your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order. We are not liable for an incorrect address entered by a customer. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address. The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost)
If your order is lost during transit or stolen after delivery, you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter.
Exceptions
